Embassy Suites Lexington Green in Lexington, KY is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth arrivals and departures. You will be the friendly face and voice guiding guests throughout their stay, delivering warm, attentive service that makes each visit memorable.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, are comfortable with Windows, and can multi-task in a busy front desk.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a hotel or related field preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficient with Windows operating systems

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Front Desk in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Operate the telephone switchboard courteously
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local information
• Communicate effectively with other departments and guests
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and inventory control
