Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to ensure guests have the best possible experience. You will greet guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments per company guidelines.

You will maintain a welcoming front desk and lobby, assist with breakfast setup, and handle guest inquiries while following safety and security procedures. Strong English communication and a service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area while following safety procedures.
• Upsell hotel services and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and care.
