Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of the city where hotel is located and its attractions.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone calls promptly and greet callers; direct to appropriate department.
• Register guests into the computer; verify reservation, address, and payment information.
• Promote the Guest Loyalty Program and provide recognitions and benefits to members.
• Handle payments for guests and maintain a house bank; cash checks and exchange currency if needed.
• Assist guests with late checkouts, room changes, and other requests; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate communications within the resort, including guest tram service, alarms, and life safety.
