Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overnight operations of the Hotel, verifying guest accounts and balancing charges.
• Reconcile and complete daily front desk agents’ work.
• Provide next day reports for Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Office as required.
• Handle VIP reservations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Assist with up-selling to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Maintain front desk supplies and ensure clean, organized front office areas.
