Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, professional service at the front desk, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, manage reservations, and handle payments while upholding brand standards. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and strong communication.

Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Experience in front desk or customer service desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use reservation systems and basic computing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Perform accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer calls, handle inquiries, and provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Secure payment methods, issue room keys, and maintain records in the PMS.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to prepare rooms and fulfill requests.
