Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command seeks a Guest Service Representative II at Mayport Navy Lodge on a FLEX schedule. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, check-in/out, payments, and guest needs while ensuring safety and privacy.

Overnight shifts are regularly scheduled, requiring you to maintain excellent guest relations and coordinate with lodging staff to resolve issues and ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year of progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Study completed in college/university can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming manner, communicate with guests, answer questions about lodging and local attractions.
• Assist guests with reservations, payments, check-in/check-out, and room assignments.
• Greet guests on arrival and maintain strong guest relations.
• Use PMS for reservations and guest information; verify registrations and payments.
• Follow procedures for security and safety of guests and property.
