Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's MGM Music Hall Fenway is seeking a Guest Services associate to help guests have an enjoyable experience. The role focuses on friendly, proactive service in a dynamic concert venue environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in customer service, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Expect physical tasks such as walking, stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Vaccination is required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• COVID-19 vaccination will be required where legally allowed

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
• Adapt to customer needs ensuring understanding and actions meet expectations.
• Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
• Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
