Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Coat Check team member for MGM Music Hall Fenway. You will interact with guests, provide information about acts, assist with schedule timings and facilitate a safe, enjoyable experience in the music venue.

The role requires flexibility with hours, cash handling experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Prior live music exposure and bilingual abilities are a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work late hours.
• Flexible schedule.
• Cash handling experience.
• At least 1 year of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in a live music environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource of information for Guests and Members regarding their experience in the music area.
• Provide assistance to guests regarding the timing of the supporting acts and headliner acts.
• Balance tickets issued to revenue and assist with overall guest flow.
• Maintain professional grooming standards and adapt communication to the current audience.
• Ensure guest safety by proactively identifying and removing hazards in the area of responsibility.
• Attend pre-shift meetings conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift.
