Job summary

CoralTree is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Vail, CO to assist guests with reservations, reception, billing questions, and special requests. You will act as a liaison between guests and internal departments to ensure satisfaction, greet and register guests, handle charges, and provide local activity information.

Responsibilities include making dinner and activity reservations, storing ski gear, and supporting Bell Staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training acceptable.
• Excellent communication and language skills, including reading and interpreting SOPs.
• Strong math skills with ability to solve practical problems.
• Exceptional customer service and written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft programs and quick to learn hospitality software.

Responsibilities

• Meets, greets and welcomes guests.
• Answers incoming calls professionally and transfers or assists as needed.
• Registers guests on arrival and provides information and directions.
• Posts charges, transfers, and payments to guest folios.
• Assists with Bell Staff duties as needed.
• Reviews the bill, checks out guests, and reconciles payments.
• Communicates guest needs to the appropriate department.
