Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group in Colorado's Vail area is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant/Driver who will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly and assisting with luggage and transportation.

You will share local recommendations, help with parking and vehicle retrieval, escort guests to their rooms, and handle requests to ensure a memorable stay. This role requires a valid driver''s license, flexible hours including weekends, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous customer service and driving experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage.
• Provide transportation and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Inform guests about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide orientation.
• Resolve guest issues and coordinate miscellaneous requests.
