Aufgaben

• Greet guests warmly and assist seating.
• Present menu, answer questions, suggest wines.
• Memorize menu and daily specials.
• Take orders and enter into POS.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar.
• Observe guests and handle requests until checkout.
• Total bill and process payment.
• Maintain service counters and prep areas.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Comply with safety and licensing laws.
• Handle guest complaints politely.
• Assist in cleanup after service.
