Le Meridien | Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is seeking an ambitious and friendly Food & Beverage teammate to support the dining operations. You will handle mise en place, service tasks, and guest interactions to ensure a smooth experience for event guests.

Ideal candidates show independence, reliability, and strong customer service with excellent English. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and adherence to health and safety standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Replace soiled table linen and set tables with silverware and glassware; polish silver and wipe glasses.
• Assist with rolling silver into napkins for service presentation.
• Replenish clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
• Supply service bar with food items like soups, salads, and desserts.
• Serve ice water and butter to guests.
• Clean and polish glass shelves and doors of service bars and equipment.
• Run errands or deliver food orders to offices.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Report shortages, damages or security issues.
• Handle guest complaints/requests and inform others when required.
