Job summary

Le Meridien Sheraton Charlotte is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals for our Food & Beverage team. The role involves greeting guests, serving beverages and foods per standards, and ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Candidates should have a year of barista experience if possible, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to use a POS system. CPR/first aid and additional language ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of barista experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and local regulations.

• CPR and first aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests according to hotel standards and assist guests with needs.
• Provide quality beverages and food per recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Handle opening/closing duties, balance cash and secure funds.
• Set up, stock, and maintain work areas; operate POS system.
• Address guest complaints, reporting to management as needed.
