Westin Hotels & Resorts in Atlanta is seeking an entry level management position that supports day-to-day activities of Rooms Operations, including Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS and Concierge/Guest Services.

You will help with guest arrival/departure procedures and uphold the property’s cleanliness standards while striving for guest and employee satisfaction and achieving the operating budget.

Formación

• Education: high school diploma or GED with 3 years guest services/front desk/housekeeping experience.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 1 year in guest services/front desk/housekeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Open/close Front Desk shifts and housekeeping duties; complete shift checklists.
• Review room operations reports and understand department functions (Recreation, Laundry, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, AYS, Front Desk, Concierge).
• Schedule employees to meet business demands and track time/attendance.
• Assist in guest arrival/departure procedures and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Support in managing budgets and controlling expenses to meet goals.
