Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a Hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor. You will lead Room Attendants, coordinate daily room-cleaning priorities, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest readiness across guestrooms and public areas.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to work with Front Office and Engineering to ensure timely room preparation, inspect rooms, train new team members, and maintain

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of hotel Housekeeping operations, guestroom cleaning, room inspections, linen and supply controls, room status, and quality standards.
• Ability to lead a team, provide clear direction, coach associates, organize work, and follow through with limited direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Housekeeping Operations & Room Readiness: supervise Room Attendants and coordinating daily room-cleaning priorities.
• Ensure Quality & Guestroom Standards: inspect rooms and verify special requests are completed.
• Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience: respond to guest requests and protect guest privacy.
• Lead, Coach & Develop the Housekeeping Team: provide direction, onboarding, and coaching.
• Coordinate Maintenance & Room Conditions: identify maintenance needs and coordinate with Engineering.
• Maintain Linen, Supplies, Equipment & Lost and Found: manage inventories and secure storage.
• Collaborate Across Hotel Operations: partner with Front Office and Engineering for guest satisfaction.
