Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Request Log: Review log daily to ensure all requests are met.
• VIP Management: Monitor VIPs and special guest requests.
• Oversee Housekeeping Team: Lead daily stand-up and ensure checklists are assigned.
• Room Inspection: Inspect rooms and public spaces for quality and cleanliness.
• Supply Management: Maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies.
