Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, housekeeping and retail operations for the unit.
• Forecast sales, labor and profit; ensure budget compliance and scheduling.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise and discipline front desk staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints and ensure safety.
• Balance cash at shifts and maintain cash control procedures.
• Coordinate reservations and guest orientation of local area.
