Job summary

The supervisor will lead staffing, training, scheduling, and safety compliance, while maintaining inventory and sanitation standards. A bilingual English/Spanish preference is noted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or related management.
• Ability to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate housekeeping functions for the unit.
• Plan schedules to ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and equipment for routine and special duties.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and address complaints per standards.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise staff under the General Manager.
• Assist with budgeting and monitoring departmental expenditures.
