Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a guest-focused Reservations/Front Desk role in Arizona. You will handle reservations for company-owned and private rentals, check guests in, and assist with guest issues while supervising housekeeping schedules.

Qualified candidates bring strong customer service, basic software skills (QuickBooks, Word, Outlook), and the ability to manage contracts and front desk tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read a modest vocabulary and simple sentences; basic literacy is required.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with standard office software and hotel/property management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are important for handling reservations and files.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents.
• Take reservations for company rentals and private owner rentals.
• Check in guests and address guest issues as needed.
• Supervise rental housekeeping and schedules.
• Review contracts with renters and owners as needed.
• Train team members and assist with front desk operations.
• Handle repairs or issues with rental units as they arise.
• Maintain accurate files on resident and RR rental units.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries.
