Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a front desk and guest services professional to manage reservations for company-owned and resident rentals, check-in guests, and supervise rental housekeeping. The role emphasizes service excellence, effective communication, and strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will handle guest inquiries, review contracts, and train staff, while coordinating with maintenance on unit issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read a limited number of words and sentences; basic literacy for instructions and notes.
• Oral and written communication skills essential for guest interactions.
• Organization, time management, and the ability to handle multiple reservations and requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and greet residents and guests.
• Review contracts with renters and owners as needed.
• Train team members and assist with front desk operations.
• Handle issues with rental units and coordinate repairs as necessary.
• Maintain proper files on resident rentals and RR rental units.
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions.
