Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Arizona is seeking an Activities Support Staff member to assist with events ranging from concerts to banquets. You will help with setup, guest services, registrations, and overall flow of each event.

This role requires physical stamina, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A current Arizona Safe Food Handler Certificate and Title 4 Alcohol Certification (or within 15 days) are required, along with a HS diploma or GED and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Arizona Safe Food Handler Certificate and Title 4 Alcohol Certification (or within 15 days).

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown of event venues with chairs, tables, stages, and AV equipment.
• Greet guests, provide information, and cashier as needed.
• Coordinate registrations and ticketing under the event manager.
• Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
• Provide exceptional service and assist attendees as needed.
• Cross-train to fill cashier, bar back, tickets, and service roles as required.
