Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience with front desk or guest services is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with follow-through.
• Answer phones, check guests in/out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and daily front office paperwork.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues using Make it Right.
• Process reservations and maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
