Job summary

Extended Stay America in Belmont, CA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in line with company guidelines. You will perform front desk duties and uphold safety and security procedures.

You will process reservations, maintain accuracy of guest records, assist with breakfast display setup, and promote ESA's service culture by resolving guest requests with kindness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and staff.
• Experience with front desk or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures accurately.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues with courtesy and respect.
• Complete daily front office paperwork and assist with breakfast setup.
