Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of the property management system and audits.
• Ability to follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process with respect.
• Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts.
• Keep breakfast display setup and property tidy.
• Convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Gather guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Periodic property tours to ensure brand standards.
• Provide reasonable accommodations for guest requests.
• Adhere to safety, security, and key control policies.
