Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, answer phones, and check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and breakfast display; keep common areas clean and organized.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
