Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing and understanding English.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and memorable guest service from registration to checkout.
• Explain resort information and area attractions; provide room rate quotes and reservations.
• Handle cash/credit transactions following procedures; balance receipts and perform checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups; respond to guest inquiries promptly.
