You will quote room rates, handle transactions, and support reservations to ensure memorable stays. The role emphasizes hospitality, professional appearance, and strong communication skills in English, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage cash

Excellent communication skills with reading, writing, and understanding English.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with check-in and checkout.
Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks and other cash handling responsibilities.
Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
