Job summary

Aramark Corporation is seeking a Hospitality Worker I to greet guests, assist with reservations, and resolve guest concerns. The role is year-round across locations, with a focus on friendly service and accurate transactions.

Responsibilities include booking, on-site checks, cash/credit handling, and responsive guest communication, contributing to a positive dining and hospitality experience for clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
• Book reservations and coordinate registration.
• Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
