Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support resort operations and guest relations. You will handle front-desk administrative tasks, answer phones, process payments, and help manage resident communications and events.

Qualifications

• 2 years in administrative experience
• 6 months in property management/reservation systems preferred
• 6 months in hotel or resort front desk experience preferred
• Excellent telephone skills and professional appearance
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with MS Office and data entry

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and establish rapport with residents and guests
• Handle petty cash and record expenditures accurately
• Answer phones, type, photocopy, fax, file and perform other admin duties
• Process payments and deposits in Yardi; issue receipts
• Prepare and distribute resort communications and notices
• Assist with guest reservations and check-ins/outs
• Maintain office supplies and order as needed
• Coordinate guest and resident relations events and marketing materials
• Refer sales prospects to management and enter prospect data
• Review invoices and assist with approvals
• Support move-ins/move-outs and maintain resort records
