Job summary

Sun Communities in Naples, FL is seeking an RV Resort Manager to lead daily resort operations, guest relations, and profitability. You will oversee marketing, leasing, home sales, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will manage a team, handle rent collections, supervise staff, and coordinate with the regional office to maintain Sun’s standards and curb appeal across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 2 years in property management/resort experience (Required).
• 2 years of supervisory experience (Required).
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience (Preferred).
• 6 months in NetSuite (Preferred).
• General knowledge of property maintenance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests and residents receive top service per Sun's Customer Service philosophy.
• Handle resident and guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage rent collection, postings, and deposits; escalate bad debt.
• Oversee eviction processes per Sun policies.
• Review residency applications and approve/deny.
• Coordinate team member selection and development.
• Balance RV income and report to Main Office.
• Market models and homes for sale; coordinate move-ins.
