Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront Hotel is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.

You will deliver outstanding service, communicate clearly, and assist guests with inquiries while maintaining a polished appearance and knowledge of local amenities. This on-site role requires poise under pressure and teamwork to ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns.
• Maintains clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office.
• Uses appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Ensures all guest accounts are complete and accurate.
• Demonstrates knowledge of hotel services and local area.
• Complies with hotel SOPs and policies.
• Assists in monitoring and upholding safety procedures for guests and staff.
• Processes departmental reports.
• Assists team members and other departments to contribute to efficiency.
• Delivers amenities and general assistance to guests as requested.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
