esacareers is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences at the front desk. You will assist guests, answer phones, check them in and out, and collect payments per company guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized front desk area, processing reservations, and resolving guest issues with a caring approach while upholding ESA’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong English communication and guest-service orientation.
• Experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and handle check-ins/outs in accordance with procedures.
• Process reservations, payments, and departures while maintaining accuracy.
• Resolve guest issues promptly through Make it Right principles and show courtesy.
• Maintain front desk area and common spaces in a clean, organized state.
• Promote ESA’s service culture and upsell where appropriate.
