Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guests through check-in/check-out, inquiries, and payments in alignment with company policies. You’ll handle front desk duties and maintain a welcoming lobby experience.

You will also assist with breakfast setup, safety procedures, and opportunities to promote ESA services. A team-oriented, customer-focused environment is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Strong English communication and guest interaction skills.
• Proficient operation of front desk systems and daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process with respect and kindness.
• Maintain front desk area and breakfast display; keep common areas clean.
• Upsell and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
