Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests from registration through checkout, delivering warm hospitality and accurate information about the resort and nearby attractions.

You will quote room rates, assist with reservations, and ensure cash and card transactions are processed following established procedures. This role emphasizes responsive guest service, teamwork, and a proactive approach to resolving inquiries in a fast-paced resort environment in

Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write and understand English.
Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide resort/area information.
Process cash and credit transactions following established procedures.
Balance cash receipts and complete cashier responsibilities.
Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
Provide guests with room rate quotes.
Respond to guest inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
