Job summary

Mountain-Capital-Partners seeks a Guest Services I to be the primary frontline contact for guests in the Las Vegas area, delivering in-person service and handling inquiries across channels. You will support ticketing, rentals, and pass transactions, and assist with the lost and found process.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent people skills with a passion for winter sports and mountain recreation.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively with others.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic math/POS abilities.
• Willingness to develop new skills and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering in-person customer service for all guest inquiries.
• Answer high-volume phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide knowledge about the mountain, resort amenities, day tickets, season passes, rentals, and ski school lessons.
• Assist with the lost and found process (intake, logging, storage, returns).
• Process and manage reservations for rentals and ski school in online and in-person channels.
