You’ll handle reservations, payments, and daily operations with a focus on hospitality and accuracy.

You’ll promote loyalty programs, assist with inquiries, and collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel front desk procedures and guest service best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with check-in/out.
• Register guests and confirm reservations; secure payment methods.
