Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter, handling money orders, postage, and other services beyond traditional grocery retail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform all front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order and payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and refunds; conduct cashier accuracy audits.
• Provide backup support to Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and cart-pushing as needed.
• Support Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
