Qualifications

• Fluent English required; other languages beneficial.
• Candidates with 1 year hotel or retail customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math, budgeting, and cash handling concepts are helpful.
• ServSafe certification and/or TIPS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; provide information on services and locations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately; prepare deposits and reports.
• Assist with reservations, including cancellations and updates; upsell rooms when possible.
• Maintain guest information security and follow brand standards.
