Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional service at the front desk and support the Operations Manager. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-ins, inquiries, and reservations while promoting Sonesta standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong English skills, basic math, and experience with standard office software and hotel systems. Morning to evening shifts, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel or retail customer service preferred.
• English fluency; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; provide hotel information.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and card transactions per procedures; post charges and prepare deposits.
• Maintain security of cash, cards and guest information.
• Assist with reservations and group bookings; up-sell where possible.
