Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to handle front desk operations, guest relations, and transactions during shifts. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering Sonesta Service and ensuring smooth check-ins and accurate information across hotel services.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and familiarity with hotel software; weekend/holiday availability is expected. On-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Process cash and credit card transactions, post charges, and prepare deposits.
• Maintain security of cash, credit card transactions, and guest information.
• Routinely book guest reservations and up-sell rooms where possible.
