Job summary

InTown Suites El Paso is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests with check-in/out, reservations, and front desk inquiries in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure professional, courteous service, handle guest requests, and support property staff while maintaining safety and operational standards at all times.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a functioning automobile.
• Ability to read, understand, interpret information and interact in English.
• Sufficient mathematical skills to calculate room revenue, occupancy and cash balance.
• General computer proficiency and front desk operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations accurately and courteously.
• Check guests in and out in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent the hotel in a courteous manner and manage front desk tasks.
• Address guest issues professionally and escalate to management as needed.
• Provide guidance to property staff and ensure front office operations run smoothly.
• Report safety and security concerns to the General Manager as required.
