Onni is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms to the property's standards while delivering courteous service in Seattle. The role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms as assigned.
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Uses correct cleaning materials per surfaces according to OSHA and hotel requirements.
• Transports cart with cleaning supplies to guest rooms and provides cleaning service to designated rooms on assignment sheet: empty trash containers and ashtrays; replace soiled bed linens and make beds with clean linen; cleans kitchen and sets lighting and thermostat to designated levels.
• Maintains positive guest relations and resolves guest complaints.
• Keeps knowledge of departmental policies and procedures and adheres to safety and equipment usage.
• Anticipates guests' needs and responds promptly.
• Becomes familiar with services/features and local attractions to respond to inquiries accurately.
• Removes soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair from bathroom mirrors and fixtures; replaces bathroom amenities as needed.
• Updates status of rooms cleaned and turned down on assignment sheet.
