Qualifications

• Experience delivering remarkable guest service at the front end.
• Ability to handle money orders, returns, exchanges, and cashier interventions.
• Capable of assisting in store functions and problem-solving with customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and provide exceptional service.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operate money order and payment devices.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges; conduct audits.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager when needed.
