Qualifications

• One year of previous hotel front desk experience is highly preferred.
• Marriott brand and service knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, complete registration including inputting guest data, confirming rates, selecting rooms, issuing keys.
• Assist guests with check-out, handle payments, process POS transactions, currency exchange, and gift cards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area.
• Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner.
• Receive, input, relay messages to guests and manage guest communications.
