Equity LifeStyle Properties seeks a Front Desk Clerk in St James City, FL to deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences. You will be the first point of contact, answer questions, process payments, run reports, and coordinate maintenance requests, while partnering with the Property Manager to resolve inquiries promptly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, strong organization, and comfort with learning new computer systems.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
