Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. seeks a Front Desk Clerk to deliver friendly, professional service to guests and residents at our property in Ormond Beach, Florida. You will be the first point of contact, helping with inquiries and coordinating information in person and by phone.

The role emphasizes accurate payments, reporting, and timely communication with the Property Manager to maintain smooth office operations and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your Property Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
