Four Seasons Maui is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the reservations department and assist in Revenue Management to optimize occupancy and rate yield at our Maui resort.

The role requires a minimum of two years in rooms division management within Four Seasons or a related hospitality organization, with strong computer, analytical, and guest service skills. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in rooms division management at Four Seasons or similar.
• Strong computer and analytical skills with guest service and salesmanship.
• Proven success in rooms division management; able to multitask, improve efficiency and productivity.
• English reading, speaking and writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the reservations department.
• Serve as a resource for reservations sales agents and handle calls.
• Resolve problems and conflicts; schedule staff.
