Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a welcoming Bell Attendant to greet guests and coordinate bell desk operations. You will assist with luggage, deliveries, and transportation arrangements, ensuring VIP and club floor guests are recognized and properly escorted to the Front Desk.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a luxury hotel setting, strong English communication, and computer skills. This role supports a world-class guest experience at Maui's premier oceanfront resort.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years luxury hotel experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proficient reading, writing and spoken English.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests arriving by car, taxi, or limo and escorts to front desk.
• Maintains detailed records of luggage, room deliveries, and amenity deliveries.
• Assists in retrieving valet tickets and coordinates bell desk/driver activities.
