Four Seasons Maui invites applications for a Lobby Lounge Assistant Manager. Plan, organize, and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s Lobby Lounge within the Food & Beverage division, reporting to the Komo & Lobby Lounge Manager.

Candidates should have 1–2 years supervisory experience in F&B, knowledge of service, ability to operate POS and computer systems, and English proficiency; Hawaii Food Handler Card, Maui Liquor Card, ServSafe within 3 months, TB clearance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control and labor control.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage software.
• Reading, writing and spoken English proficiency.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card.
• Maui Liquor Card.
• ServSafe certification within 3 months.
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees to meet standards and manage outlet operation.
• Be visible in the operation, recognize staff, promote good public relations, and handle guest requests or complaints.
• Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure quality of all food or beverage items.
