Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel experience, or a 2-year degree with 3+ years in the field.
• Ability to supervise, coach and develop Guest Services staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, problems, and complaints promptly with courtesy and follow-up.
• Coach, counsel and discipline Guest Services staff per SOPs; assist in hiring.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through daily status review and reporting.
• Coordinate with Accounting on payroll, billing and exceptions.
